Job Description

Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager (BDM) to join our team. The BDM will be responsible for empaneling companies with Cyberyami to facilitate staffing and placement through our hackathon platform. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent communication skills and a proven track record in business development.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and target potential client companies to empanel with Cyberyami's hackathon platform.

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in client organizations.

  • Present and demonstrate the value of Cyberyami's hackathon platform to potential clients.

  • Negotiate and close agreements with client companies to facilitate staffing and placement.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful onboarding and integration of client companies.

  • Monitor and analyze market trends to identify new business opportunities.

  • Attend industry events, conferences, and networking sessions to promote Cyberyami's platform.

  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to prospective clients.

  • Achieve and exceed sales targets and business development goals. 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related role, preferably in the IT or staffing industry.

  • Strong understanding of the staffing and placement process for interns, freshers, and working professionals.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

  • Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.

  • Strategic thinker with the ability to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities.

  • Self-motivated and results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.

  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other business development tools.
