Submit Your Machine
Begin by submitting your machine through this page and accepting our General Terms of Service.
Initial Review
Our team conducts an initial review of your submission. You'll receive an email notification upon completion. After acceptance, your content will be marked as provisionally accepted on the platform.
Testing Phase
Our team thoroughly tests your content for stability, realism, playability and potential unintended paths. We'll contact you if any issues arise. The timeline from provisional acceptance to testing initiation varies from weeks to months, based on our submission queue.
Final Acceptance
Upon successful testing completion, if approved for release, your submission will be marked as Accepted on the platform. You'll then be asked to sign a Statement of Work (SOW) with Cyberyami.
Payment Processing
Your reward will be processed after signing the Statement of Work (SOW).
Tracking Progress
Monitor your submission progress directly through our platform. While typical release timeframes range from weeks to months after acceptance.
Quality Bonus
Based on ratings and eligibility criteria, you may receive an additional quality bonus reward.
